Use of the app
ThoughtFree is free to use. Some features that cost money to run may become part of a paid plan. You may not resell the app, misrepresent it as your own work, or use it in ways that break the law where you live.
Your content
Everything you write in ThoughtFree is yours. With an account, your data syncs through our servers so it is available on all your devices; the privacy policy lists the services involved. The built-in export lets you take a full copy at any time, and keeping one is a good habit.
No warranty
The app is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. We work hard to keep it reliable, but we cannot be liable for lost data or for damages arising from its use.
Changes
These terms may change as the product grows. Material changes will be announced in the app before they take effect.
