Comments
Comments let you add follow-up notes, context, or discussion threads to any thought. They work offline and sync across all your devices.
Adding a Comment
Section titled “Adding a Comment”- Open a thought by tapping on it (or clicking on desktop)
- Scroll to the Comments section at the bottom
- Type your comment in the text field
- Press Enter to send (Shift+Enter for a new line)
Comment Features
Section titled “Comment Features”- Thread per thought — each thought has its own comment thread, sorted by creation time
- Comment count — a badge on the thought card shows how many comments it has
- Offline support — comments are saved locally and sync in the background, just like thoughts
- Delete comments — hover over a comment to reveal the delete button
- Timestamps — each comment shows a relative timestamp (e.g., “2 hours ago”)
Use Cases
Section titled “Use Cases”- Add context — capture a quick thought, then add details later as comments
- Track progress — use comments as a running log on a task or project idea
- Follow up — return to a thought days later and add what happened next
- Brainstorm — build on an idea incrementally without cluttering the main content
