Diary
The Diary is your personal daily reflection space. It helps you track mood, energy, and progress across areas that matter to you.
Daily Entries
Section titled “Daily Entries”Each day gets its own entry. Navigate between days using the date picker or arrow buttons.
A diary entry includes:
Mood & Energy
Section titled “Mood & Energy”Two sliders (1-10 scale) that track how you’re feeling:
- Mood — your emotional state for the day
- Energy — your physical/mental energy level
Over time, these create a trend you can look back on.
Focus Areas
Section titled “Focus Areas”Focus areas are the life domains you want to track. The defaults are:
| Area | What to track |
|---|---|
| Work | Professional progress, achievements, challenges |
| Health | Exercise, nutrition, sleep, physical wellness |
| Relationships | Social connections, quality time, communication |
| Growth | Learning, personal development, new skills |
| Fun | Hobbies, entertainment, things you enjoyed |
Each focus area has its own text field. A progress ring shows how many areas you’ve filled in for the day.
Reflections
Section titled “Reflections”Three reflection prompts to guide your daily review. Write as much or as little as you like.
A general notes field for anything that doesn’t fit the structured sections.
Thoughts of the Day
Section titled “Thoughts of the Day”A collapsible section that shows all thoughts you captured that day. This gives you context for your reflection — what were you thinking about?
Streaks
Section titled “Streaks”The diary tracks your streak — how many consecutive days you’ve made an entry. This encourages consistent reflection habits.
Auto-Save
Section titled “Auto-Save”Every change auto-saves as you type. A save indicator shows the current status so you know your entry is safe.
Syncing
Section titled “Syncing”Diary entries sync across devices. Write on your phone during your commute, review on your desktop later.
